Fall Orders Update - Round #1

Dearest Clan,
I know that some of you are getting the automated emails asking you to review your recently ordered products. And sadly some of you have not yet received those products. And for that I apologize profusely. I cannot tell you how sorry I am and how heavily that weighs on my heart every day. With each release, our little indie biz is growing by leaps and bounds. And our Round #1 Fall release was way bigger than I could handle alone. With Matt working a second job I was way over my head with the amount and size of orders that we received. Fortunately he has been in the shop with me all this week and has been a huge help with getting orders out. It's been slow, but we are trudging through them. Just to give you an idea, I've been pouring wax melts for 3 days now!! And I'm still not done confused emoticon So anyway, again, I'm so sorry for the long TAT. And I appreciate your being patient with us as we grow. You guys are the BEST! heart emoticon
